Shipping policy

At Yala Life™, we value every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customers in the shortest time. Normally you will receive your order in 10 - 15 business days from the date that it is placed.


WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
We offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

PROCESSING TIME
It normally takes 1-4 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included. If items are prepared in 24 hours in your order, we can ship them in one day.

SHIPPING OPTIONS AND TIMES
Yala Life™ has a few warehouses located in the United States, Europe, and China. We offer the best quality trackable shipping solution. We provide shipping from our warehouses by UPS/FEDEX/DHL and USPS. Shipment takes approximately 7-14 business days to reach destination countries. Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with an international tracking number will be sent to you.

Keep in mind that we ship item(s) as soon as they’re available, and we have multiple warehouses in the world that stock different products. So if there’s more than one item in your order, you may receive the items separately (at no extra charge). We’ll send you a separate email confirming the shipment along with tracking numbers.

Shipping ETA

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimated delivery times after your order has been processed:

In-Transit time starts when your order has been shipped and does not include the standard processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. For some shipping companies, it takes 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Yala Life™ does not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Please ensure all of your shipping details are 100% complete and correct before placing the order. If shipping information has been entered incorrectly, please contact us within two (2) hours of your order placement. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

Yala Life™ is responsible for delivering the item to the shipping address provided, but we are not liable if the item is lost or stolen after the item has been delivered. Please ensure the delivery location is a safe environment.

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

Yala Life™ does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

ABOUT CUSTOMS TAX
Yala Life™ is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges once the items have shipped. Fees may apply for imported goods/services and regulate by the country's law. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country. Shipping rates are estimated and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country. Please contact local customs for clarity and information.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.

COVID-19 DELAY
Please note, due to the outbreak of COVID-19, our team and the courier partner are experiencing a major delay. Shipments are now expected to take longer than the usual delivery time. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
